We have included ESG issues as our primary consideration in daily operations, and have established an ESG Committee to drive and implement work plans related to ESG matters. We have also implemented a system to link the variable compensations of relevant Senior Executives with ESG material issues. This affirmed the Group’s commitment to ESG issues.
